United Church Women
The UCW is a group of women who get together to raise money for Knox and the occasional “mission” group. Activities include providing lunches for church meetings and activities and funerals and holding a Fall or Christmas Tea and Bazaar. As we age, we also enjoy the socializing in doing these things.
Affirming Ministry Mission Statement:
At Knox United Church, we celebrate diversity. In God's world we are diverse in gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, culture, age, physical ability, religious perspective, and economic status. Jesus met people whatever they were in their journey. Relationship changes us. Knox is an involving community of faith that seeks to intentionally welcome new perspectives and leadership. We celebrate the richness, change and growth this brings to our journey together.
