About Knox United
Knox United Church is a community of people on a spiritual journey. We follow Jesus who welcomed people where they were at and accompanied them on the journey. Knox is a place where you can be who you are and know that you are loved. Its a place where belonging is about finding a place that embraces you on your journey and creates the space for you to explore and to become who you are called to be in the world. Knox is not a place where someone will tell you the “answers”. Its a place where you can explore your questions with others who will listen and who will share their questions, experiences and ideas with you.
Affirming Ministry Mission Statement:
At Knox United Church, we celebrate diversity. In God's world we are diverse in gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, culture, age, physical ability, religious perspective, and economic status. Jesus met people whatever they were in their journey. Relationship changes us. Knox is an involving community of faith that seeks to intentionally welcome new perspectives and leadership. We celebrate the richness, change and growth this brings to our journey together.
